Over the course of his career, he has participated in transactions totaling over $1 billion, consistently averaging 50 to 60 lease and sale transactions annually. His extensive market knowledge, strong capital rela- tionships, and proven execution make him a valuable addition to Westfield’s team. Reed will be based in Denver and will play a key role in shap- ing the firm’s industrial growth strategy in Denver, Phoenix and other strategic markets. s Kirkpatrick Bank appointed Kelly Kline as senior vice presi- dent of commercial lending. Kline has extensive commer- cial banking experience and a proven track record of suc- cess. He has demonstrated expertise in negotiations, t u r n a ro u n d s and new account acquisitions. His specialties include strate- gic relationship management, customer service, and product knowledge while providing transformational sales leader- ship in highly competitive mar- kets. In his most recent position, Kline led business development and relationship management for commercial lending across the Castle Rock, Parker and metro Denver markets. During his tenure, he successfully devel- oped and reviewed over $2 bil- lion in new credit requests in just over four years, resulting in $182 million in new loans for the corporate banking team while establishing a strong market presence. Throughout his career, Kline has worked for several prominent financial institutions, leveraging his extensive experi- ence and deep community con- nections to build a robust cus- tomer portfolio. s Encore Electric’s director of external affairs, David Scott, was appointed to t he Colorado State Apprenticeship Council. Scott has been an advocate for apprenticeships in the construc- tion industry and now is a voting member on the Committee for Apprenticeship in the Building and Construc- tion Trades. As a council mem- ber, Scott will provide exper- tise to the State Apprenticeship Agency, which is responsi- ble for developing Colorado’s apprenticeship standards and program plan. During his four-year term on the council, Scott will continue to bring awareness to apprentice- ship programs and the opportu- nities that come after completing an apprenticeship. The Colorado State Appren- ticeship Council was established in 2023 by the SAA, when Gov. Jared Polis signed the Conform- ing Workforce Development Statutes. The council currently has 25 members and is broken into two separate committees: the Building and Construction Trades Committee and the New and Emerging Industries Com- mittee, which advises the SAA on all other industries. With the expertise of these committee members, the council provides direction ensuring equitable and well-regulated apprenticeship programs. s Tim Geitner was named regional administrator for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Rocky Mountain Region (Region 8). Geitner previously served in the Colorado House from 2019- 2022, becoming assistant minor- ity leader by the end of his term. Prior to his legislative ser- vice, Geitner spent several years on active duty in the U.S. Army, where he served as an intelligence officer at Fort Carson in Colo- rado, and as an infantry officer during a deployment to Afghan- istan. He continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve. Geitner will lead field opera- tions across the region, serv- ing Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming. Geitner will sup- port the expansion of access to affordable housing, promot- ing community revitalization, and unlocking homeownership opportunities for Americans in rural, tribal and urban commu- nities. s DCPS announced the pro- motion of Luis San Martin to director of sales, where he will lead the company’s team of 13 relationship managers and drive strategic growth initiatives across all divisions. Since joining DCPS three years ago, San Martin quickly distinguished himself as a h i g h - i m p a c t c o n t r i b u t o r and leader in helping refine and execute DCPS’s growth strategy in new business development. San Martin brings over 20 years of experience in high- touch service environments, with a career spanning luxu- ry hospitality and commercial property services. Previously, he held leadership roles in premier hotel operations, where he over- saw large-scale multi-property teams, managed complex oper- ational departments, and was responsible for multimillion- dollar budgets. That experience sharpened his business acumen and taught him how to lead with both strategic vision and execu- tional precision. San Martin will guide the development and performance of the relationship management team, leading sales training, refining internal systems, and strengthening strategies for cli- ent acquisition and retention. His leadership style blends data- driven accountability with a coaching mindset, empowering the team to deliver both mea- surable growth and meaningful client experiences. Buck currently leads strate- gic partnerships and growth initiatives nationwide at DCPS, bringing a deep understanding of client needs and operation- al dynamics. Her profes- sional journey began in prop- erty manage- ment, where she worked with stabilized properties and man- aged everything from leasing to day-to-day operations. She later transitioned to lease-up proper- ties, further refining her skills in management and client rela- tions.
