The lease marks the first confirmed retail deal for the project by co-developers MGL Partners and Rockefeller Group. The GrecianGrazer LLC leased 1,600 sf at 18671 E. Mainstreet from landlord CBDG LLC. The landlord was represent ed by Dan Pre- vedel of Mal- man Real Estate, while the tenant did not have a representa- tive. Fairlanes Shopping Cen- ter has welcomed two other new tenants in the past year, with Prevedel representing the landlord for both deals, according to previous report- ing.
