This fall, Nordstrom Inc. will open a 28,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack in Harvest Junction, located at the intersection of Ken Pratt Boulevard and South Martin Street. “We look forward to being a part of the Longmont community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices,” said Nordstrom Rack President Gemma Lionello. “We’re excited to grow our footprint in the Colorado market and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience.” Harvest Junction is a popular shopping center that is home to Marshall’s, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ulta Beauty, Ross Dress for Less and more. Harvest Junction is owned and managed by Chicago-based Pine Tree. “We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Nordstrom Rack to Harvest Junction’s strong lineup of retailers,” said Michael Slusky, Pine Tree executive vice president and director of leasing. “The addition of Nordstrom Rack will offer the Longmont community high-quality items at a great value, further enhancing the shopping center’s offerings and cementing its place as an essential retail destination.” The 363,737-sf shopping center is visible to 74,000 vehicles per day and benefits from $18.2 billion in spending power within a 30-minute drive, according to Pine Tree’s website. Nordstrom Rack is the offprice retail division of Nordstrom Inc., offering customers up to 70% off on-trend apparel, accessories, beauty products, home décor and shoes, as well as core services like online order pickup, easy returns and alterations at select stores. The new location is Nordstrom’s first in Longmont. The store joins an additional 10 Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack locations on the Front Range from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. Founded in 1995, Pine Tree is a vertically integrated national real estate company that currently owns and operates $2.5 billion and 17 million sf of open-air retail across the country. The firm owns one other shopping center in Colorado called Centerplace of Greeley. Other News n CASTLE ROCK – A national beauty retailer opened in the Outlets at Castle Rock in February. Sephora debuted its newest Colorado location in an approximately 4,500-square-foot space at 5050 Factory Shops Blvd., Unit 480. Erik Christopher of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Sephora in its lease transaction with landlord Craig Realty Group – Outlets at Castle Rock. Kian Rug Co. leased 3,121 sf of premier space at 2780 E. Second Ave. from landlord Cherry Lane II Redevelopment Owner LLC. The space is positioned on the hard corner of East Second Avenue and Detroit Street in Cherry Creek North. Kaufman Hagan’s Zachary Bierman represented the tenant in the transaction.
