Landsea Homes acquired the lots from Builder Capital for an undisclosed price. Cherry Mead- ows is located at East 168th Ave- nue and South 19th Avenue in northeast Brighton. “The addition of these new homesites in Cherry Meadows expands Landsea Homes’ pres- ence in Brighton, which has proven to be a very popular and high-demand city,” said Lisa Wie- belhaus, Landsea Homes Colo- rado division president. “We look forward to providing additional opportunities for homebuyers to own one of our industry-leading High Performance Homes in this thriving Denver suburb.” Landsea Homes will develop 32 single-family homes with eight different floor plans ranging from 1,473 to 2,937 square feet. Con- struction is expected to begin in January, with homes anticipated to begin selling in spring 2025. All of Landsea Homes’ residenc- es in Cherry Meadows will feature the company’s High Performance Home features, including energy savings and smart home automa- tion technology supported by the Apple Home environment. The automation features include an Apple HomePod mini, wireless network internet throughout the home, entry door locks, thermo- stat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, doorbell camera pre-wire, and smart home activation by Best Buy’s Geek Squad. Cherry Meadows is a five-min- ute drive to downtown Brigh- ton, Main Street and the Armory Performing Arts Center, and a 15-minute walk to Brighton Rec- reation Center and Park. The city offers views of the mountains and access to trails and outdoor activi- ties. Brighton is 20 miles north of Denver, with access to amenities of larger cities like Boulder as well as Denver International Airport. Landsea Homes is active in the Colorado market, currently sell- ing homes at Parkway at Prairie Center Village in Brighton, John- stown Village in Johnstown and Highlands Preserve in Mead, and building an interest list for Spring Valley in Longmont. Genesis RV & Boat Storage acquired Lots 3 and 4 within the Prairie View Industrial Park, which combined for a 14.67-acre parcel at 8630 Alan Ridge Road, from Big Pine Real Estate Invest- ments. The buyer will offer recre- ational vehicle and boat storage on the property. Trevey Commercial Real Estate facilitated the transaction, with Nick Beach and Mitch Trevey representing the seller and Heath Honbarrier representing the buyer in the transaction. Ameri- can Land Title Association also helped execute the closing. Burnco, Drill Tech Drilling & Shoring and another undisclosed buyer have also purchased par- cels within the park.
