Rockefeller Group signed the first tenants to 25 Com- merce Park, a three-build- ing, 453,600-sf industrial park positioned at East 152nd Avenue and Washing- ton Street. Grey Wolf is the architect for the project, and Golden Triangle Construc- tion is the general contrac- tor. The deals bring the park to 71% leased ahead of con- struction completion. NALS Apartment Homes acquired the 312-unit Outlook West Mesa, located at 3370 Bryson Heights, from Ever- green Devco Inc. The proper- ty is 92% occupied, according to Apartment Insights. NALS Apartment Homes rebranded the property to View on Cen- tennial, according to the prop- erty’s website. Walker & Dunlop’s Denver Investment Sales team, led by Jake Young, David Potarf, Dan Woodward and Matt Barnett, facilitated the sale on behalf of the seller. “It’s a high-quality build with strong demographics and less new supply to compete with,” Young said. “[The] buyer had a need, and the size was ideal as well.” The 281,301-square-foot garden-style community includes a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units in 13 rental buildings on 14.63 acres, according to Apartment Insights. Units average 902 sf. The asset offers in-unit design- er finishes and an extensive resort-style amenity package complete with unobstructed 360-degree views of the moun- tains and downtown Colorado Springs.
