Sairam Northglenn LLC acquired the La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Denver North- glenn, located at 345 W. 120th Ave., from Denver Northglenn Hotels LLC, according to Adams County public records. Marcus & Millichap’s Skyler Cooper and Christy McDougall market- ed the property on behalf of the private seller and procured the local buyer. “This marks yet another suc- cessful transaction, with both parties being valued repeat cli- ents,” Cooper said. The pet-friendly hotel was built in 1986 and renovated last year. Amenities include a sea- sonal outdoor pool, a business center, a 24-hour front desk, dry cleaning and laundry services, on-site guest laundry, and more, according to the hotel’s website. Situated between Denver and Boulder, the hotel is adjacent to Interstate 25, providing access to downtown Denver and the Front Range and averaging 200,000 vehicles per day. Jeffrey and Diane Roth sold the property, located at 8996 Motsenbocker Road, to Perry Lane LLC. Mitch Trevey of Trevey Commercial Real Estate rep- resented the sellers, while the buyer was represented by Tra- vis Ackerman of Cushman & Wakefield. Fidelity National Title Co. helped execute the closing of the sale. The buyer plans to create a new mixed-use neighborhood on the parcel, with approxi- mately 70 high-quality apart- ments in two- and three-story buildings, a 5-acre neighbor- hood retail center, and a 14.5- acre neighborhood park/open space.
