Dan Preve- del of Malman Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, a Delaware limited liability compa- ny doing business as HearingLife. The newly leased Cherry Hills location joins ten other locations along the Front Range from Greeley to Canyon City. n THORNTON – Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer of a net leased Dutch Bros drive- thru situated near the Interstate 25-Colorado Highway 7 inter- change. The 950-sf property, located at 16743 Washington St., sold for $2.26 million. The property is surrounded by national and regional retail stores and is less than a mile for a residential neighborhood.
