The new 154,864-square-foot, $70 million school will accom- modate 900 students and is located adjacent to a future town park. Features include 300-student small learning com- munities that offer student gath- ering and collaboration spaces adjacent to classrooms, technol- ogy resources, teacher work areas, support offices, innova- tion commons and design labs. Students also will enjoy culi- nary and industrial arts class- rooms, sports fields, a sports track, outdoor play area, tennis courts, outdoor classrooms and community gardens. Construction is scheduled for completion in June 2025. s GH Phipps, Windsor celebrate groundbreaking of school Archway Communities com- pleted its Robinson Place, an affordable housing project in Lakewood. Taylor Kohrs is building the three-story, low-rise apart- ment complex, which offers 67 one-bedroom and two- Archway delivers its affordable housing project in Lakewood Haselden Construction along with Larimer County and Page Architects recently celebrated the ribbon-cutting of the Lar- imer County Behavioral Health Services at the Longview Cam- pus. Although the building will not be open to patients until December, this event commemorated the comple- tion of this facility. As the first stand-alone center committed to behavioral health and well- ness, it will increase the capac- ity to care for individuals in crisis. At 59,151 square feet, the new campus adds 56 beds and initially will provide care coordination, behavioral health urgent care, substance use treatment with medica- tion, withdrawal management, a crisis stabilization unit, and an on-site pharmacy lab. Once all services are fully open to patients, the Longview Cam- pus will treat patients regard- less of ability to pay. “It's not often you get to work on a project with this kind of community impact, especially one that will be so immediate once the building is open,” said Kevin Hoff, senior project man- ager for Haselden Construc- tion. “We are honored to be a part of this team working with the county to bring this build- ing to life.” s Haselden Construction completes Larimer County Behavioral Health Services projects Colorado Gov.
