Well, that saying is something I have always taken to heart from my music career, to now working as a REALTOR® in the Lake Country. My introduction to the real estate industry is unlike many I’ve heard before. I didn’t grow up around it. My parents weren’t in it. And I wasn’t 8 years old dreaming of selling houses. One thing I did dream about is connecting with people and being on a stage. I spent many years in Nashville, Tennessee chasing the neon rainbow and while I had a good bit of success there, my journey came to a crossroads during Covid, when I felt it was time to make a pivot with my career. During this time, I was able to get my real estate license and ultimately decided I wanted to build my real estate career back home in Georgia. I guess you could say like an old sweet song, Georgia was on my mind. From Music City back home to Georgia There are many similarities between the music industry and real estate industry. My passion and background for marketing and storytelling go hand-in-hand with telling the story of a house and what makes it special. I take an immense amount of pride in how much thought I put into selling a home or how I write and present an offer for my clients. The stage might look a little different now, but I choose to treat listing a home and helping a buyer the same as I would performing: I do my homework, I overprepare, and I make sure to have fun along the way!
